Case Against Jimmy Snuka Dismissed

According to reporter Sarah Cassi, WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka will not face charges in the 1983 death of his girlfriend Nancy Argentino on the grounds that he is not competent to stand trial. Here is what was said by judge Kelly Banach:

“The Court is satisfied that the defendant remains incompetent and the Court is satisfied that the defendant will not regain competency and that it would be unjust to resume the prosecution.”
